Contract Nurse Staffing: MedServices Personnel is one call away when you need a clinician or clinician’s assistant to step in for a pre-determined period of time. Whether because of staff turnover, military leave, or medical leave, MedServices Personnel has staff available to step in and fill the void.

We offer a convenient 2-Hour Notice policy that will have a nurse at your facility within two hours of requested service.

Temporary-to-Hire Program

Not sure if you are ready to commit to another FTE? Would you feel more comfortable if you were able to evaluate a potential hire before making a commitment? Are you shocked by the level of skill, reliability, and aptitude of one of your MedServices Personnel per diem or contract staff? Are you intrigued by being able to try before you buy?

MedServices recognizes that we have terrific staff. We understand that our staff will be attractive as candidates for full time employment with some of our partnering facilities. With our temporary-to-hire program, our employee can be your employee through our simple buy-out program.

Direct Hire Program

MedServices is available to assist in the sourcing of nurse and nurse assistants for your facility. Our sourcing manager will work closely with your team to establish criteria and guidelines for your open position. MedServices will provide a list of screened and qualified applicants for your team to consider. Many times these potential applicants will have already spent time in your facility and will be familiar to your team.

Paid Orientation

We understand how overwhelming it can be for a nurse to arrive at a new hospital for the first time. As a complimentary service to you, we offer paid orientation for new nurses starting out at your facility. For absolutely no cost to you, we coordinate trial shifts for new nurses, training them so that they know where to go, what to do, and how things work at your organization—all before the first official shift.
